Today is International Childrenā€™s Day, it reminds me how quickly the years fly by. My boys confidently use the Thermomix to cook their own meals and for the family.

Watching them cook independently is so rewarding and I often think how much easier family mealtimes would have been if Iā€™d been introduced to Thermomix when they were little! šŸ’š

Being Welsh, today is a special one for me. Back in the day we even used to get a half-day holiday to celebrate our national day!

Today, Iā€™ve been in Swansea supporting one of my amazing team at a pop-up event, sharing the love of Thermomix and eating plenty of Welsh cakes.

Of course, it wouldnā€™t be St Davidā€™s Day without Welsh cakes. One of my favourite things about Thermomix is how quick and easy it makes baking from scratch ā€“ perfect for whipping up a batch of these traditional treats to share with family and friends and today the

I love helping people see how simple homemade cooking can be, and days like today remind me how much food and often traditional recipes, brings people together.

The only thing I bought was the poppadoms!
