The Wooden Zoo is a brand new family run small business based in the UK which creates animal designed products for the home and garden. The idea of starting the business came from a combined love of animals and woodwork activities. Although there are not many items on the site at the moment, we are now in full swing with production and will be adding items on a regular basis. We do also make other
non-animal related products for the home and garden which will also feature on the website from time to time. Every individual piece is handmade with love and is unique. There are no fancy workshops or machinery that mass produces our products. They are literally designed, sawn, sanded, painted and decorated by hand, therefore they won't be 'machine perfect', and may have slight imperfections such as colour and paint oddities, not quite straight edges or the occasional splinter or knot in the wood. We source our wood from many suppliers, as well as using recycled wood, so the grains, colour and thickness of the wood used may vary, making your product even more individual and unique! At the present moment we only serve UK customers.
