Ok, so the demand for the Easter cheesecakes at Moo Moo's Coffee Shop & Catering has been bonkers!!

On Monday I’ll drop over a double order and hope they last more than a day!

I plan to make the mini egg and nutella again and creme egg cheesecake.

I’ll drop them Monday - I know it’s bank holiday but the centre is open, you can just pop in a grab them!

Sorry 😢

As we head into the last day tomorrow of this half term, I can honestly say I’m more exhausted than I was at Christmas.

Life is hard AF at the moment I feel like I’m letting people down left, right and centre.

Why am I apologising on my baking page? Well, because I’ve had to say no to so many people about ordering for Easter. I feel terrible but I literally have no time at all.

Yes the money would be lovely but at what cost?

I am so sorry if you have received an ‘I’m sorry’ message from me today or yesterday but I’m just trying to be honest.

I will end on a positive note and say will still be fully stocked on Thursday, Saturday and Monday- silver lining eh?!

I’ll make sure all the goodies are there over Easter, there will even be my signature cheesecakes too!

I will try my best to get some summer holiday treat boxes out I promise.

I can’t believe I haven’t posted since Christmas! Well, I actually can, because well, life!

It’s so busy at the moment, when isn’t it?!
However, just one more week and we get some down time for half term.

As always coffee shops will be restocked every Monday, Thursday and Saturday with all the goodies.

These white chocolate cookie dough slices will be heading there in the morning, along with the Biscoff brownies and some cornflake crunch slices.

Remember you can grab these via the and app from the coffee shops.

One more week school staff, we can do it!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

I’ve been a bit AWOL for the last month or so, it was absolutely bonkers leading up to Xmas.

I know it’s a bit late but I am grateful to everyone who ordered Xmas Yule logs, I hope you enjoyed! If you popped to the Fayre or grabbed some goodies from thank you!!

I’m back in the kitchen this morning ready to stock up the coffee shops tomorrow.

Normality has resumed, restock will take place on Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

Now, I know that you are going to say ‘January diets’ and all that, everything in moderation I say!

The school bag is out ready for tomorrow, I’m thinking of everything heading back to work after the break, we can do this!

Happy Saturday everyone!

I know many of you were disappointed that there are no Christmas treat boxes this year however, I’ve had a couple of people ask if they can order whole brownie Yule logs for their Christmas table - the answer is YES!!

So, if you would like a whole brownie Yule log for £15 please drop me a message for the payment details

You can choose the following flavours (one per roll!)

Collection is Monday 23rd December from me please (if you need it for a celebration earlier I can’t promise but I will do my best!)

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your patience regarding Christmas orders.

I have tried and failed 3 times to make up some samples, so, it’s with a really heavy heart that I have made the decision to not offer postal bakes this Christmas.

However, all is not lost if you are based in South Wales!

I will be doing the wonderful Christmas Fayre on December 3rd 3:00 - 5pm with lots of other lovely small businesses, so please pop along and stock up!

I will be stocking every Monday, Thursday and Saturday all the way up to Christmas. You can stock up for Christmas at either llanishen or western leisure centres, bakes will keep for up to 3 months wrapped in some greaseproof paper.

I know this isn’t helpful to those of who don’t live locally, I am just struggling to fit everything in, especially as a full time taxi driver to my two kids!

I hope you are not too disappointed, thank you for understanding.

Happy half term everyone!

I can’t believe it’s Christmas in 70 days 😭

I have absolutely no idea where this year has gone, all I know is everything is 100 miles an hour. I have had lots and lots of messages about Christmas pre orders I promise it’s on my to do list for this week!

However, I will be at the Christmas Fayre on Wednesday 3rd December if you want to grab some treats early, remember they all freeze beautifully for Christmas, so come and stock up!

will be fully stocked up until the big day too. I’ve already been sneaking in the seashells in the cookie dough. The brownie bombs will be back I promise you!

Anyway, it’s time for some more lemsip and cough medicine, this cold can do one now!

Holy Moly how is life going by so fast!

3 weeks left until half term!

I know I haven’t posted for a while it’s been pretty full on with school, kids and life!

Well, those summer holidays are a distant memory, as we head into week 4 of 8 tomorrow it’s as bonkers as ever!

The struggle is real to be a parent, work, bake, update social media and all the general life admin like washing, cooking and cleaning 🥴

So, if you are new here or a long time supporter thank you!
