Yet another delay and now I’m feeling that this launch is cursed! Apologies for all on the waitlist - I will be making an introductory offer 💫

Now launching Friday 30th October.

All content from now will have been pre-recorded, scheduled or (if I’m desperate!) my clone! 😂

I thought ordering perfume boxes would take about five minutes.

It became a full-time job.

Bottle.

Done.

Formula.

Done.

Pump.

Eventually done.

Surely the box would be easy?

Wrong.

Apparently, creating a bespoke perfume box is an extreme sport.

There were measurements.

Shapes.

Samples.

Internal dimensions.

External dimensions.

More measurements.

More samples.

And several moments where I genuinely considered calling it a day.

But finally…

we got there.

And I’m so pleased with the final result.

Only another 249 to go 💪🏻

How I managed to break my perfume bottles…

but managed to save a disaster.

After finally getting the most perfect perfume bottles, I couldn’t get the pumps to fit.

So I had to get hold of a perfume crimper.

It didn’t go well…

I broke the top off each bottle it tried to crimp.

I soon realised that crimping 250 bottles wasn’t an option.

So 250 new pumps later…

And this is one of the many reasons why product development takes approximately a YEAR!

Was it worth it? 💛

“Everything was finally coming together.

Until I discovered the pump wouldn’t fit the bottle.

Apparently, we needed a special handheld crimper.

So…

I bought one.

And then I used it.

And…

it smashed the top rim of the bottle clean off.

I just stood there.

Looking at it.

Thinking…

surely this isn’t happening.

This is my perfume.

The bottle I spent MONTHS finding.

And now the top is on the table.

I nearly cried 😭

So the pumps had to go.

New pumps had to be sourced.

More money.

More waiting.

More testing.

And after many more weeks of trying to get the perfume on track

I had a solution.”

Anyone need a crimper? 🙈😂😊

So I had a choice.
Give up…
…or start again.
I stared again.
Because apparently I
like making life difficult.
And I never give up.

How much would I have had to spend on just the perfume lid bottles?

£10,000?

No, more than £10,000 - this was because I would have had to buy them in very large quantities!

That’s mad isn’t it?

But I am so happy with the new ones, they are so sleek and heavy, perfect for the shape and quality of the new bottles 💛
