🧶GONK🧶

Now the crazy Christmas period has ended, I can get my crochet hooks back out.

This year I will be creating good luck Gonks for every occasion.

What is a Gonk?

A Gonk comes from Scandinavian and Nordic mythology- if treated well, Gonks are said to bring good luck and fortune to the family.

I will put out a post shortly with a picture of my handmade Valentines Gonk, which is the perfect gift for your loved one.

I will be making Valentines, Easter, Summer solstice, Halloween, Christmas, Birthday and playful Gonks I.e cakes, mushrooms and Disney etc.

All Gonks for all occasions🍀

Rough sketches of some of tomorrows windows! ❄️

Tomorrow I am working on a large bay window, patio doors, a standard window and an interior mirror.

I am loving these three designs, a traditional snowman influenced by the film and giant candy canes ⛄️

Welcome to my page!

I have had a group running for a while, but to make my services more accessible I have had to make a page!

A little bit about me- I am Mottassia, but go by the name Wendy (crazy I know). I am based in Essex. Art and crafts has always been my passion and so creating a business solely on this was made for me, I just want to share my passion with others.

Although this is a new page, by no means am I new to murals, I have been painting them for a number of clients for what feels like decades. (shh I’m not old😂)

My special areas are- forest scenes and nature. Although I can take to pretty much any request.

I’m currently very busy doing Christmas windows and have extremely limited availability.
