I flowered my socks off last weekend for two weddings, challenging would be an understatement!
The heat was relentless and I was so worried the flowers would wilt, plus the first proper trail of my new studio, added to the pressure 🙈.
I managed to pull it off, thank goodness, my couples were very happy, and even gave me 5 star reviews on Google 😁.

Thrilled to get such a lovely review from Sam & Sophia, who married last week at Peak Edge Hotel. Despite the ridiculous heat and constant obsessing I managed to keep everything alive 🎉🎊💃.

I love my new life here in Darley Dale, but there has been one massive thing missing in my life, my garden.
I adored my old garden, I mean, seriously loved it, and leaving it behind was incredibly tough for me.
My new house has a garden the size of a postage stamp, and although I have big plans for it, I've been too busy to do anything yet.
Which is why I'm so happy to join a wonderful community garden.
It's so close to my home, and I can get my gardening fix when I choose.
So happy to have found it, and the support and passion of gardening lovers like me 🌷

I've always dreamed of having a beautiful view to look at whilst I work, and in truth, it's the main reason I bought the house.
Turning a really grotty old shed into a workable floristry studio has been really difficult and time consuming, but it is so worth it now it's done, and I could not be happier.

Huge thank you to Anthony Mather who has done all the joinery work, he has been an absolute joy to work with, and so patient and kind, I would not hesitate to recommend him.

And thanks too, to my neighbours who have had a lot to put up with and not moaned once.

And now for the very important job of getting some plants in the garden. It never stops does it ? 🤣🤣🤣

Well, after another house move and an awful lot of hard work, I'm so excited to say that I've moved back to where I belong, the Derbyshire Dales 💕.

I've been busy settling into my new home and getting ready to re-launch Sweet Pea Macfie.

I've got so much to share with you, and I'm so excited to be back. I hope you'll come with me into this new and improved chapter of my life ###
