After a longer than intended hiatus (life got busy!) we are back this weekend (probably Saturday afternoon) with more of our delicious preserves! We use homegrown fruit from the Rectory garden and make it into yummy preserves in small batches in the Rectory kitchen. We use recycled jars and new metal lids, no plastic here!
These will make great local gifts for friends and family or why not hide one at the back of your fridge so you can enjoy it yourself!
First up is a firm favourite Gooseberry & Elderflower Jam and a relative newcomer to our cupboard Blackcurrant Jam. There will be more flavours to follow! Keep your eyes peeled here for news!
Our honesty cupboard is located on the public footpath outside The Rectory, Frog Lane, Great Somerford, Wiltshire, SN15 5JA
