This beauty was collected yesterday. It was for one of my regular customers daughter’s 18th birthday. She loves the cornflakes filled cookies and asked if I could do a cookie pie with the same filling….. so I did ❤️

ALL SOLD - SORRY!!
I know I’m having the summer off from the cookie shed…. But we do still have orders going out 🥰. As a result we have an over-bake of 9 double chocolate cookies - filled our delicious caramel cornflake recipe (home made caramel always!). If you would like a weekend treat, send me a message telling me how many you’d like and I can reserve them for you. They are our usual price of £3.50 each 🍪
