A lot of prep work on this job
First we had to remove the laminate flooring only to find that there was a 20mm drop in the floor slab from the front of the house to the rear . An epoxy dpm was applied and the cracks in the floor treated with a resin bond and sealed . The floor was then grit primed and a smoothing compound poured to build up the levels . A second screed was poured a day later to put a final finish before the LVT floor is fitted in a few days time
