School is out for summer ☀️… and so it’s Locket Interiors.

However don’t be sad, my order book is open from September onwards when I’m back to work (probably not feeling very refreshed and itching to get back into the workshop after entertaining three kids all summer 🙈😂)

This was an alteration. My client ordered ready made curtains but gave the wrong measurements so ended up with curtains way too short. That’s when she came to me for help. This might not look like much but these stitches hold all the layers (main fabric, interlining, black out and cotton lining) together. They ensure the lining sits nicely against the main fabric creating a nice drape but still plenty of room to move freely
