Good morning! Hope you all enjoyed the bank holiday weekend, with typical bank holiday weather!

Thank you for all your messages regarding wreath making, Abbies flowers wreath making team will definitely be out on tour this November/December delivering our fabulous wreath making workshops.

I am just finalising the last few dates and I will publish the full list of dates, venues and full details later on this week, there will be at least 12 courses for you to choose from around Derby! It will be a busy one!

My final bank holiday bride is the lovely Michelle pictured here with her father and bridesmaids before her wedding to Richard. They married at Amalfi White, in Melbourne last month.

These wedding flowers were all about Carnations, which have a very sentimental meaning to the family. I used 3 different tones of carnation, known as Moon carnations, combined together looked simply stunning!

Today we have Jessica who married Trevor early this month at St Mary’s church, Nottingham followed by a reception at Goosedale also in Nottingham.

Jessica’s bouquet featured Callista Calla Lillie’s which are a striking variety known for its vibrant orange palette, we complimented the callas with peach avalanche roses, white stocks and a touch of eucalyptus. The bridesmaids tied into the theme with white bouquets which featured white stocks and cream roses and eucalyptus.

Today’s Bride is the lovely Lucinda, she married Andrew in July at Mickleover All Saints church followed by a reception at Mickleover Court hotel.

A love of Disney inspired this wedding, Lucinda’s bouquet was made up of beautiful pale blue hydrangeas along with sweet avalanche roses and a touch of gypsophila and eucalyptus.

Bank holiday Brides celebrations! 🍾🍾🍾

I’m always so honoured when couples send me photos of there special day, it’s lovely to see the flowers and the vision all come together. I pride myself on working closely with all my couples to create beautiful flowers for there special day.

I’ve recently had lots of gorgeous brides send me photos, so I thought we’d have a bank holiday celebration.

Over the next couple of days I’ll be sharing some pictures of some of my recent weddings.
