We still have a small selection of lucky dip kits remaining (the big set includes 5 skeins of DK weight yarn, a skein of handspun art yarn, a handmade stitch marker set, lovely set of illustrated cards, a copy of Dwynwen’s Highland Yarn Guide, handmade button(s) and a canvas project bag. The smaller set is the same but with 3 skeins of Aran weight yarn).

A small number of shawl and hat crochet kits remain as well- free UK shipping! We do recommend getting these into the post very soon for Christmas delivery due to ongoing Royal Mail strikes. 💝

The Fallow Fields shawl kit is a beginner-friendly, squishy, beautiful all-local Loch Ness bit of loveliness!

Everything you need is included- bespoke pattern geared toward the beginner, handmade stitch marker, crochet hook and locally sourced Shetland/Cheviot yarn.

The shawl works up quickly and easily and is a great introduction to crochet (minimal ends to weave in, as well!).

We still have a handful of these kits available on Etsy in time for holiday gifting.

You can make this hat (really!). We have a few limited edition kits available with everything you need- yarn, bespoke pattern, crochet hook, handmade stitch marker set, and project bag included.

The Sunflower Cloche is a lovely soft hat made from two naturally-dyed skeins of British Bluefaced Leicester wool held together: I’ve selected two skeins per kit that marl beautifully together. The sunflower appliqué is made from naturally dyed Loch Ness Yarn and is easier to make than it looks 🌻

Suitable for any crocheter who is comfortable reading a pattern- ours includes step by step photos to make it simple.

A lovely dye demo day using materials collected from around Loch Ness: local wool & blackberries!

Our visiting group of wool and yarn enthusiasts had fantastic questions about sustainable natural dyeing, environmental impact and colour nuances.
