It's the first of September, can you believe it? It feels like just yesterday we were making summer plans and now it's already coming to an end... where has the summer gone?

The kids start back to school tomorrow and honestly this year I'm going to miss not having them around. I'm going to miss the lazy mornings, the spontaneous adventures, and the extra quality time we got to spend together. Sadie starts her second year of high school and Dexter is starting his GCSE's and I'm just not prepared for both babies being so grown up! I remember when they were tiny and dependent on me for everything, and now they're becoming more and more independent every day. It's bittersweet, but I'm so proud of the people they're becoming. Making the most of these last few days, soaking up every moment, and cherishing the memories we've made this summer. 💕

🍂 Sandalwood & Vanilla Pumpkin: pumpkin, autumn spices, sandalwood. Smells like: pumpkin spice blend / sandalwood shavings / soft cashmere
