🔨 Throwback to a bathroom renovation from earlier in the year!

The customers wanted a larger shower enclosure and a bit of a facelift for the room.

We replaced the old 750 x 750mm unit with a much more spacious 1000 x 800mm quadrant tray and enclosure, fitted lower to the ground for easier access.

We also fitted a new electric towel rail and shower mixer, laid new lino flooring and gave the room a fresh coat of paint throughout.

Always good to see a room come together! It was a pleasure working alongside Expansion Improvements on this one - Thanks, Odinn! 💪🏼

Last month we transformed the look of this lounge, stairway and landing by adding a dado rail with complementary wall panelling.

The simple framework detailing adds character and a touch of elegance, while helping to give the space a more finished and sophisticated feel.

A relatively simple change, but one that makes a big difference to the overall look of the room.

Thinking about adding some character to your home? Get in touch to discuss your ideas.

Throw back to the lovely weather last month ☀️ when this garden seating area received a facelift.

The customer wanted a fresh look for the fencing, along with matching planter covers to tie everything together.

The horizontal timber slats give the area a much cleaner, more modern feel, while the matching planters help create a really smart, finished look.

Another project completed and another garden space transformed!

From flat-pack mountain to a stylish corner wardrobe and drawers. This build involved plenty of inboxing and just enough space in the room to get the job done!

Happy with the results and so is the customer 👍🏼

Save your weekend (and your sanity)—drop me a message to get your flat-pack assembled quickly, cleanly, and hassle-free! 🛠️

A fresh new look for this hallway, stairs and landing, just in time for the summer, switching from a light grey to a soft Calico✨

11 door frames glossed along with spindles and skirting 🥵

The fun part - sanding back and the varnishing the handrails and finials, to complement the flooring and oak doors 👌🏼

Is there an area of your home that could do with a fresh lick of paint? I’m taking bookings for decorating work for July now so drop me a message 👍🏼

Three oak-style doors installed recently 🚪🚪🚪

Simple change… but it completely lifts the hallway!

If you need doors fitted or other carpentry work done, feel free to get in touch! 👍🏼

A long overdue update from DPA Handyman Services...

Hi all, trust 2026 is finding you well! It's coming up to 8 months since I left my job of 15 years and stepped into the world of self employment. I had planned to share some of the work I've been doing over the last few months but I've quickly found out that it's a full-time job just doing the work, let alone posting about it 🤣

Going forward I'll share more of what I'm doing so you can join me on my journey.

Since May last year, I’ve found myself doing a wide variety of jobs - from painting to plastering, small repairs to bathroom installations, learning along the way and increasing my skill level - a challenge I’ve genuinely welcomed!

If you have a job that needs doing, or know someone who does, I’d really appreciate you helping me spread the word.

Similarly, if you’re a tradesperson looking for a trustworthy pair of hands - or know someone who is - please share this. I enjoy meeting new people and being part of the wider community.

Thanks for your time and continued support!

Love and Blessings

Dani
