Went to a job today . Simple job ..... just to replace shower enclosure as was tired and hinges and runners failing. Unfortunately when removing the shower enclosure the bottom tiles fell off. All that was holding them up was silicone and the shower profile.
So we decided to delve further and found the floor rotten, stud wall rotten ,.
Now the entire floor needs to come up be re done and stud wall as this is not fixed due to being rotten.
If the shower tray had been fitted correctly this would not of happened. Ive seen this so many times .
