A lovely impromptu morning off today took and I to a delivery where we saw a stunning redesign of a midcentury home in Trinity, met resident Dot the Parson; brunch at the gorgeous .newhaven (sausage egg and chips, ginger cake and custard on the menu need I say more?!)

Then stopped off at .leith where I had a cheeky vino, some delish pizza and met the fabulous 😄 A great place open all day for coffee, food, drinks…great new asset for the Shore 👏🏻

Dogs, food, drink and some sea air - what could be better!

The reason for this trip…to see the amazing Santa Lucia kayak parade. Almost missed it due to mega crowds, all being being grumpy/cold/hungry, travel logistics blah blah but finally we managed to get a spot where we could see it and it was magic! 100s of kayakers all lit up and singing beautiful carols.

Getting the harbour ‘bus’ into city was cool too as was Reffen for skating and street food.

Festive Copenhagen 🎄

I booked this trip months ago; a busy time of year for us and almost didn’t make it due to illness; but thank goodness we did : architecture, design, pastries, lights, coffees, playgrounds, shops, beers, more pastries 👏🏻
