Because of the many rooms a terrace house contains, the rooftop often ends up as the least uterlised space. But if you take out time to bask in your thoughts and appreciate the natural light that shines through, the rooftop becomes more than just a hiding space.

Our home for the 3 nights in Edinburgh back in July 2019! We booked this apartment through Booking.com, which turned out to be an Airbnb too.

It turned out to be what we'd expected - bright, airy and spacious! We especially enjoyed our evenings in the living room that consisted of two comfortable sofas, a dining table for 4, open concept kitchen and a television.
The only downside was having to lug large suitcases three storeys up, and another one within the apartment. 😩

Our home for the 4 nights in Darwin! A two-bedroom apartment at Ramada Suites by Wyndham Zen Quarter with the waterfront view. We aren't really a fan of watching the TV, but this had a range of channels to choose from (e.g Discovery Channel). Nope no netflix. Plenty of living and dining area that is comfortable for 4 people.
