🥖 Steamed Bread Experiment!

Did you know you can actually make a loaf of bread in the Varoma on the TM7?

We decided to test it out by making the same dough two different ways:
⬅️ Left loaf: steamed in the Varoma
➡️ Right loaf: baked in the oven

The result? Surprisingly similar crumb in both loaves, but the steamed version had a wonderfully soft crust. Both were absolutely delicious, especially with the added crunch from the sunflower seeds 🌻

So if you don’t have an oven — or just fancy trying something different — it’s still possible to “bake” fresh bread with Thermomix 😊
