- All units primed in Leyland primer

- Units x2 coats of Ronseal skyscraper grey & Ronseal White

- Walls all given a new coat of valspar grey matter

- Ceilings repainted in pure brilliant white

- New woodwork on door and window sill primed and then painted in satin wood pure brilliant white.
