Just the two crests to do now. One either end of the stave. Also need to see if I'm leaving the letters natural or if they are to be painted.

Have to take the rest of the day off but tomorrow I will hopefully get the two crests started

Had issues yesterday so wasn't able to commence the sign I've been asked to do but that will get started today. The lettering will be simple enough. The crests on the other hand will be a challenge but as you will know by now, I love a challenge.

I start another order tomorrow 😁 got two more lined up for after as well. Need to get more timber but with us moving and no idea when it's a pain in the rear end atm. Still got a good bit left depending on what, if anything, is to be carved after these 3 get done. I definitely want more sycamore though, that's a definite 😂

Carving finished and first coat of varnish on, no images to share yet as I have to wait till the person has received it. Another week or so before I can. Tomorrow I finish the one I started for my youngest while I await orders.

Tomorrow will be the last day of carving this order and then finish the one I started previously for my youngest son. View the house tomorrow as well so things are looking good. 😁
