We've just added 3 more courses for 2015 - on Saturdays and Sundays:

Saturday 26th September - Shoe and shoebox course £70
Saturday 21st November - Ombre ruffle cake £75
Sunday 13th December - Christmas Cake £75

All the weekend courses run from 10am to 4pm. All you need to bring with you is an apron and lots of enthusiasm. We supply everything else - homemade cakes, equipment, ingredients and lunch.

We are based in Crews Hill, Enfield and have a workshop at the rear of our shop that caters for up to 12 students. We have been holding courses for a few years and as we now have our own premises can hold courses to pretty much meet any requirement.

We have had lots of requests to run our courses during the week, so we have added an UGG boot course on Friday 26th June from 10am-3:30pm. The cost for this is £70 and, as usual, includes all ingredients, the use of our equipment, tutor and lunch. Don't forget there is free parking outside our shop. We only have 3 spaces left on our Flower Spray Course on Saturday 18th April 2015. Book early to avoid disappointment

We will be making a spray of flowers similar to these using air dry clay which is completely non-toxic. We hope that you agree that this would look beautiful on any cake.

Cost for the day £65.00. The course starts at 10am and finishes at 4pm (the cost includes all equipment, ingredients and lunch). Just bring an apron with you and lots of enthusiasm.

Okay so we have 8 free tickets to the Cake and Bake Show valid for any of the three days this weekend....

The first people to call the shop on 0208 366 2504 to give me your details can have these for pick up from 10am tomorrow morning at the shop. Max 2 per person. Please note you must be based near us in Crews Hill so you are able to come to the shop to collect these tickets as no one will be available to meet you at the venue!

Are any of you going to the Cake and Bake show this weekend??
