Zombies,witches and hedgehogs all around the craft room and nothing says autumn like an Apple and cinnamon loaf cake. I like to use stewed apples in my cake mix and add a layer of sliced apples in the centre of the cake itself , seriously moist and seriously tasty !

Well I have deviated from loaf cake and baked cookies ...and made granola bars ...Crystallised ginger and dark chocolate chunk cookies - soft and chewy and mixed seed ,honey and coconut granola bars ....

It's been a bit busy in the craft room and I haven't had a chance to bake for a while - Mojo's Delights is currently being fuelled by home made granola bars- but yesterday I did manage to get a delicious cranberry,seed and nut mix from the Wholefood shop ...

I like to fuel my creativity for Mojo's Delights with as many creative loaf cakes as possible ,this one is a chocolatey dream.
chocolate chunk and banana cake with a touch of nut meg and covered in hazelnut chocolate ( from a melted bar of hazelnut praline chocolate)....

Today's offering is a chocolate orange loaf cake....just a 1lb tin ....because I accidentally ate half the chocolate whilst preparing the rest of the ingredients lol....
