🌾 1 cup quinoa
🍌 4 ripe spotty bananas
🍫 2 tbsp cacao powder
🌼 1 tsp vanilla

Method:

1️⃣ Toast the quinoa until it starts to pop, becomes golden, and smells fragrant.
2️⃣ Blend the bananas, cacao powder, vanilla, and white miso until smooth and creamy to make the chocolate sauce.
3️⃣ Mix the toasted quinoa with the chocolate sauce, transfer into a lined pan, and freeze for at least 2 hours. Slice and enjoy ✨
