Nice to see everything doing well in the garden tonight. Courgettes growing , also first proper pick of my strawberries. Tomatoes and cucumbers are getting stronger. Should have a nice lot of carrots in the autumn as well.

Radio Sunlight has been an integral part of the life of the Sunlight Centre for years. Although it no longer broadcasts outside the centre, our talented volunteer DJs Gary, Paul, Del and Leslie, Brian and Andrea and Charlene do a brilliant job of entertaining folk in Cafe Sunlight, and the doctor's waiting area. Their enthusiasm and commitment is legendary, and for that we thank them!
