I recently received a brief for an upcoming exhibition that’s given me some fresh inspiration with my macramé ✨

After Christmas I felt a little stuck creatively and lost my flow for a while, but this has come along and I’m feeling excited, inspired, and very grateful to be creating with fresh energy again 🤍

After spending some time creating Fairies this week, I found myself thinking about the Witches I made last year… so I decided to give them a little refresh ✨

Here are the first two colours I’ve tried — and they fit perfectly in my Angel boxes!

Popping on to say hi — it’s been a little while!

I hope you’re all doing well and have managed to enjoy some of the lovely weather we’ve been getting lately (especially here in Glasgow!). After such a long, wet winter, the sunshine has definitely been overdue… classic British weather chat 🤭

I’m off now to make the most of my Tuesday morning ‘me time’ with a bit more macrame! See you soon x

I’m going to let you in on a little secret…

…my pixel art doesn’t sell!

Well, when I say it’s doesn’t sell, my pre-made designs don’t - I’ve only ever sold one! And yet, they’re some of the most popular things I share—lots of likes, comments, and love every time.

I do get requests for custom orders…I’ve done lots of them over the years for which I’m very grateful!

I absolutely love making this kind of macrame, it makes me giddy watching it develop row by row. So the lack of sales aren’t going to stop me - I’ll keep making them in the hope that one day…they find their home!

What are your thoughts on this one…could this be sale no.2?
