Our Personalised 'Heart On My Sleeve' Hoodies are the perfect, cosy wardrobe piece for the mums, grandmothers in your life. A beautiful way of showcasing those near and dear to your heart.
We have two designs featuring 'I Wear My Heart On My Sleeve' printed across the front of the hoodie. or the word Mum with the names of the children offset across the middle. In addition, you can add names of your choice on each sleeve, each with a small heart above or add a date of birth underneath the name which is optional - please make sure to specify this when ordering.
