Introducing the S&S Jar Return Scheme: Bring your empty S&S candle jars back to our stall at The Barras, and we’ll knock £1 off your next candle. 🕯️💸

Why are we doing it? Reusing is always better than recycling, it uses zero energy to melt the glass down, and it saves you fighting with the permanently overflowing glass recycling bin in your back court!

What happens to your empties?
They go straight to work in the S&S studio. We use them for scent testing, recipe development, and for those "sniffer" demo candles you see at the stall.

(A quick safety note: We will NEVER refill a used jar and sell it. Glass naturally weakens after holding a burning candle, so for strict safety reasons, every candle you buy from us will always be in a brand-new jar. Your empties just get to enjoy a messy retirement behind the scenes!)

Right now, this scheme is only available in person at The Barras stall.

Pack your empties into your tote bag and come see us this weekend! 🌿✨
