🎨 A Heartfelt Thank You to Ricefield Arts! 🌾

I want to express my deepest gratitude to for providing this incredible platform for myself and so many other artists. Because of their amazing team handling all the behind-the-scenes admin work, I’ve been able to completely focus on what I love most: preparing the absolute best for my students! 🖌️✨

Speaking of my classes, I loved sharing the beautiful concept of The Four Gentlemen from Chinese culture. Specifically, the Orchid (Spring), which symbolizes purity, elegance, and humility—values that truly resonate in our creative space. 🌱🌸

🌍 A Truly Global Classroom
One of my absolute favorite things about teaching online is how students join from all corners of the world! From Portugal and London to the USA and beyond, our virtual studio has no borders.

I love that we are constantly learning from each other—not just about art, but about culture too. For instance, I just learned that in some countries, the number 3 is considered unlucky! 😗 Every day is a school day!

Get ready for a massive weekend! The Hong Kong Market is taking over the legendary Barras Market this Saturday and Sunday, and we can’t wait to see you there.
We’re bringing a slice of Hong Kong culture to the heart of Glasgow for a true “East meets West” celebration.

I’ve been busy prepping some special items to brighten up your home:
• New Art Prints: Freshly printed on premium pearl photo paper. They are super shiny with vibrant, popping colours!
• The Signature “Duke of Wellington” Mug: The ultimate tribute to our favorite cone-wearing Duke, reimagined with a Hong Kong twist.

🛠️ Craft & Customisation: RawCraftLeathers
I’m also teaming up with , who will be showcasing his professional leatherwork.
Instead of just off-the-shelf items, he’s offering a bespoke experience:
• Made-to-Order Samples: Browse his collection of handbags, leather shoes, wallets, and sunglasses cases to start your custom order. 👞
• Pick Your Style: We’ll have the full leather colour chart on hand so you can choose your perfect match.
• Live Personalisation: We are bringing the leather embossing press! If you want a personalised keychain with your name or initials, we can do it right there at the stall. 🔨✨

Our leather artisan is a total “chatterbox” (口水佬), so feel free to ask him anything about the customisation process!

Glasgow, I’ve got something extra special for you tomorrow. Along with my usual prints and sketches, I’ll be debuting my Original Duke of Wellington Mug! ☕️

Since 2026 is the Year of the Horse, I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than by honoring Glasgow’s most famous equestrian duo. Whether you’re a fan of the Duke or just the iconic orange cone (which, let’s be honest, is the real star), this mug is the perfect blend of local spirit and zodiac vibes.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned crafter, come and create a unique masterpiece of your pet.

* No experience needed! I’ll provide a professional hand-drawn outline of your pet so you can focus on the fun part—painting!

Pets are more than just animals; they are family. 🐶🐱 They bring endless joy and unconditional love into our lives. What better way to celebrate that bond than by creating a personalized portrait of your beloved furry friend?

I am the founder of Painterlysketch, a graduate of the Master of Fine Arts from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). This June, I’m bringing my expertise to Glasgow to help you turn your pet's photo into a piece of art you'll be proud to hang at home!

No painting experience? No problem!
To ensure everyone leaves with a masterpiece, I will personally prepare a professional hand-drawn outline of your pet on your chosen surface before the class. You just need to bring your love for your pet and enjoy the creative process!
