Mission use up the fabric scraps continues.

I’m so determined to not be throwing pieces of fabric away and the scraps bag is still bursting.

I decided the scale down the larger patchwork blankets that I make, to create this cute little snuggle comforter. Not bad to a tester product - I even tried out a new method for joining the squares up which actually proved really easy and successful.

Thinking I should add these to the product list available - can personalise them too!!

Christmas Bunting is a go!!

Just a little stash of bunting flags ready and waiting to be turned into festive bunting.

I’m pretty sure I’m going to be cutting and making up a load more of these as this definitely isn’t enough to fulfil the order request I’ve had. But it’s a start right ☺️

Yes that’s Christmas Fabric on the cutting table.

This is for a custom order for Christmas Bunting.

But it turns out I actually have a pretty big stack of Christmas fabric that is crying out to be turned it some beautiful festive makes.

🎉 We survived Week 1 back at School 🎉

And marked the occasion by adding this year’s handprint to the School Years Handprint T-Shirts I made.

Can’t quite believe the biggest has just started Year 3, and I’m even more emotional about having to make one for the smallest 😭

The best thing about your friends having babies (aside from all the baby cuddles) is being able to make them beautiful things they can treasure for years to come.

As requested by the smallest little this year.
I won’t dwell on the fact she changed her mind on the theme several times after I had mocked up this design and I quite simply refused to change it.

Thankfully, she was pleased with the final outcome on the day!!

The smallest little was pretty impressed with this one!

Yes it was fiddly, but all the frustration of working with such little designs was totally worth it for that smile 😍

Yes, I made this T-shirt for the smallest little and it couldn’t be more true!!
