Beautiful drive to this morning for another workshop. Today Autumn Bouquet. 0 Degrees this morning but up to 8 on the way back. Turned out lovely and sunny. Then a quick trip to B&Q for a water butt and drain pipes. Hope you had a great day.

Well with a new garden to start from scratch, I’ve potted some plants into my raised beds, ready for some Autumn flowers and making the roots strong for next year’s flowers. Still more to do, so will update you when they are in. Excited now to start the garden.

So we have arrived in Bonny Scotland now and I’m hoping to get back to sharing and starting my new garden from scratch. Today I went on a Bas-plaque workshop run by Kay Naitby Art. I used a fern, heather, Astrantia, Salvia and some pine cones, pressed into clay and left to dry. Now have to leave to dry for 3-4 weeks then I can use water colours or leave as is. The setting was at The Hideaway in Comrie which is run by Victoria and her mum and is a treasure trove of gardening and home accessories. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area.

A HUGE thank you to all my customers in the first year of trading. I have met so many people who have reminisced about doing this craft when they were younger and that’s what brings me joy. To everyone, have a very Merry Christmas. Just to let you know I am already working on new pictures in my studio.
