📝 How to Order & Get Started
To order your custom letter, please send us a private message with the following information for EACH CHILD:
* Number of Letters Required
* Child's Full Name
* Age, School/Class (if relevant)
* Special Mentions: (e.g., being kind to a sibling, doing well in a recent play, dance or drama, or any achievement you are proud of since last Christmas!)
* Preferred Delivery Method (Local or Royal Mail P&P, and if Local, please specify Concealed or Mail Pile)
The Process:
* We will confirm the total cost and provide payment details (Bank Transfer or PayPal).
* Once payment is received, you will receive a simple plain text sample of the customization for your approval.
* Upon your approval, your letter will be printed and dispatched within 7 days (usually sooner). Posted letters should arrive within 14 days.
