Peartree Church has made the difficult decision to postpone this weekend's Church Fete due to the weather forecast.

This was not an easy decision to make; however, given the amount of planning and hard work that goes into making the fete a success, along with the many volunteers involved and the logistical challenges of organising the event, it was felt that postponing was the right course of action.

The church has now secured a new date for the fete: Saturday 5th September 2026!

I have been made aware some people are leaving comments on the spring event posing to be myself or someone who works for EDevents. Scammers are becoming the reality, they are contacting us online, emails, text messages, phone calls etc. If you are ever unsure about something or there is a doubt in the back of your mind, dont do it!

I run these events with the help of my family. I will only use the email [email protected], and any communication will come directly to you from this email after you have completed the stallholder form.

If you have been approached by someone pretending to be me or have asked for money via a direct message, please report to facebook, contact your bank and see if you can get the transfer/payment cancelled. I also send a confirmation email, next steps and payment instructions using the email address you provide on the stallholder form.

Im sorry this is going on and frustrated that its happening at all
