I love that in difficult times people can take comfort from my everlasting flowers
And of course they will last and can be displayed in a vase or can go outside. Our local hospice has them in their memorial garden

Well done to those of you who guessed correctly I was making sunflowers yesterday, it was pretty easy wasn’t it? If you want to see how, I’ve linked a previous post where I filmed me making one, under yesterdays post
But more exciting for me, yesterday was glass delivery day! Yay!
A huge well packed box! Ever wondered why I always use corrugated card to send out my parcels? It’s because my sheet glass arrived packed in it.
In the box is some sheets of clear glass, some frit and vitrgraph (used as stems for plants) and a new toy.
A circle breaker, which I’ve never used before
But as I hate breaking out circles, they are difficult to do, thought I’d try this.
As you can see I love, love it! It’s so much easier and gives a cleaner break
Happy days 🤩

Hubbie is back today from a weekend in Belgium visiting First World War graves and battlefields, so it seemed appropriate to share my poppy makes as we approach Remembrance Sunday.
From now until 11 November I will donate 20% of the sales on my poppy products to the Royal British Legion poppy appeal.
There is a choice of the suncatcher, 2 everlasting flowers that can be freestanding or normal, and the card.
I’ve also shared a picture of the poppy that Mr FDD dedicated to the soldier he remembers as part of the no one forgotten campaign - soldiers with no families are sponsored by supporters and remembered.
Are you a fan of poppies? And will you be wearing one this year?

Today I’m sharing a Fiver Friday offer on my quirky, wonky not quite perfect Christmas decorations.
The angels came from when I was figuring out my favourite shape and the snowmen were a little to quirky for my personal taste. But all still perfectly adorable and at a very good price
