Another quality flooring installation completed.

This additional area was finished using J2 Flooring’s new Iconic Range LVT, laid in a classic herringbone pattern to seamlessly match the previous flooring installation. The existing ceramic tile floor was prepared with grit primer and Ardex latex smoothing compound to create the perfect foundation for a flawless finish.

Something a little different from the usual herringbone 👌

We installed J2 Blushed Marble LVT with a 3mm design strip for a clean, modern finish that really stands out.

This one needed serious prep work—building up levels between the existing house and new extension using Ardex latex levelling compounds to achieve a perfectly smooth, seamless base.

We also created a bespoke mat well, fitted with coir matting and finished with trims from for that perfect entrance detail.

Finished result: sleek, level, and built to last.
