Friday/Saturday Kitchen Rip-Out Update 🛠️

We arrived on Friday morning to find our absolute legend of a client had given us a brilliant head start by lifting the remaining floor tiles.

The rest of Friday was spent removing the wall tiles, taking out the remainder of the kitchen and lifting the floating floor/ply sheets, leaving us with a clean slate ready to start rebuilding.

A hard day's graft was rewarded with a well-earned chippy tea, kindly provided by our client Raf.

Saturday was all about starting to build things back up. First stop was the builders' merchants to collect moisture-resistant tongue-and-groove chipboard for the new floating floor. Getting this down was time-critical to keep the project on schedule.

Next week we'll be pushing on with first-fix electrics, plastering, floor preparation, and the installation of the new LVT flooring. Plenty more progress to come!

Beautifully modern, light and fresh kitchen & utility room supplied and installed by Olivia Grace Interiors.

Lynda & Geoff left us to our own devices for just over 5 weeks so they could enjoy some time away whilst we completely transformed their kitchen & utility room.

Every stage from removal of the old kitchen, electrics, plumbing, plastering, flooring prep, painting, installation, quartz worksurfaces and new LVT flooring were overseen and project managed by ourselves.

Keeping our clients up to date at every stage via WhatsApp messages, calls and video updates, they could enjoy their holiday knowing everything back home was in safe hands.

Slab matt cashmere & matt reed green doors set off perfectly with copper k***s & handles. With copper pullout Franke taps and basket wastes to finish the project off perfectly.

Big thank you to all involved in this one, we have some amazing subcontractors 💙

Fir Green Supermatt doors, Neff Appliances & Granite Worksurfaces.

We're finding these larder pantrys to be hugely popular. The client opted to use theirs as a tea/drinks station along with a slimline pantry the other side of the American Fridge Freezer.

Absolutely love the supermatt finish on these doors, very high quality. The LED lighting above and below the wall units really set this one off 👌🏻

Another recently completed project out at North Thoresby. Cashmere wall units softening the darker tones of Heritage Green units perfectly, with Himalaya Quartz Worksurfaces keeping the space light and fresh.

A clean run of tall units to house the washing machine and tumble dryer, broom unit, American fridge freezer and larder unit.

LVT flooring also supplied to complete the look 👌🏻
