l payment is required when placing your order and it can be make via Paypal. Orders usually take between 5-10 working days to be complete, but could vary depending on the product. More information on estimated dispatch date can be found on our page or contact us. Postage is via Royal Mail or My Hermes. If you have a preferred shipping method, please inform us when placing your order. The recipient must be the same as shown on Paypal. In case your order does not arrive and tracking is not showing as delivered, please contact us for a replacement or full refund. Please note that 15 days from the dispatch date must have elapsed. If you wish to cancel or return a non personalized item, it must be within 14 days of delivery. For personalized and custom made items, the Consumer Contract Regulations do not apply unless they are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. In case of any error by The Crafty Tree House, we will offer to replace the item or full refund, as long as the item is sent back to us, and on this case we will cover the postage cost. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if the mistake was not made by us.
