I do love seeing the different yarns from all over the world, this is Di from Australia, she has used 4 balls of Aran & Eve by in colour: Whisk and 2 balls of a mauve/purple variegated mill end yarn.

This design uses both DK and Aran weight yarns. The thicker Aran yarn is especially effective at concealing the carried yarn, keeping the finish neat and polished. The bobble stitch creates a soft, tactile fabric with loads of texture and personality. It’s a perfect showcase for the magic of colour-changing yarn in a fun, modern design.

Another beautiful Ziggy Pop Blanket 🩵 this one is by Anna 😍 she made a toddler sized blanket at 86 cm x 76 cm, and used Simply Aran 30g of PB Jewel, Kingfisher, Washed Teal, Duck Egg Blue, 30g of Duck Egg, 85g PB Paper White and 180g PB Misty Grey

A lovely rainbow blanket that’s not just for children! Made in a large adult size, perfect for cosying up in comfort on grey days.

It uses chunky yarn, so it works up quickly and is very satisfying to make despite its size. Large enough to use as a sofa throw or an adult bed blanket, it’s both practical and cosy, combining a tasteful, plain base with pops of colour and texture to keep things interesting.

This is was another design I did for Crochet Now magazine, I’ve updated it to include all of my photos and in my usual style 😁
I used Special Chunky, see last pic for the colours

This blanket combines the traditional granny stitch with my favourite bobble stitch to create a textured zigzag design, brought to life with flowing colour changes. It is a relaxing project to crochet with a striking and cosy finished result.

Designed with fewer ends to sew in, this pattern includes both a Traditional Method and a Fewer Ends Method, so you can choose the approach that suits you best.
