Being self employed often means that taking time off instantly pauses the money coming in.

While I may have been silent online, it is so reassuring to know my stock continues to sell in shops without any input. So I can sit back and enjoy the beach 🏖️
..but not for too long 😅 get ready for a strong return!

Anyone else? Please reassure me.

I absolutely love browsing the fairs. But buying stock for the shops quickly turns in to finding treasures for myself that I simply can't part with. Another pot for the garden, another painting for the walls.

And don't show me anything typography related because I will buy it...a letterpress machine, wooden type, metal type, stencil type, typewriters, old newspapers. One year I left some giant wooden type behind from 1940's Wartime Poster making and I still think about it 😭

The van is full with half personal purchases and half business 😅 I must regain some level of self-control this year!
