In Ellie’s final days we really wanted to take her to the beach one final time, but she wasn’t very well and it was 1.5 hours to the closest beach. It’s lovely looking back at these memories, Ellie spent over half her life living by the sea. She loved the water. Our house backed onto the creek and there was many a time she took herself for a swim.
