A little piece of someone you love, held forever in glass 🤍
There are some pieces of glass I make that mean far more than simply creating something beautiful.
I offer a very special memorial service, incorporating a small amount of a loved one’s ashes into glass, creating something completely unique that can be kept and treasured forever.
Ashes can be incorporated into almost any of my glass designs - perhaps a favourite seascape or picture that holds a special meaning, a paperweight to hold in your hand, or one of my beach hearts, available in both larger and smaller sizes.
The ashes become part of the picture itself - perhaps resting within the beach or carried within the crest of a wave - creating a memorial that is beautiful in its own right, with its very special meaning known only to you.
And, of course, our animals leave just as big a space in our hearts when they go. I can also incorporate the ashes of a much-loved pet into a piece of glass, creating a lasting reminder of the friend who shared so much of your life. 🐾
I understand just how precious the ashes entrusted to me are. Every single one is handled personally by me, with the utmost care, dignity and respect throughout the whole process. Only a very small amount is needed, and any ashes not used are carefully returned to you.
Each memorial piece is made individually, with time and thought, because I know it isn’t just a piece of glass.
It’s a little piece of someone you loved.
Something tangible to keep close, to hold, to look at and to remember. 🤍
