This job involved multiple sofas in delicate fabrics including 100% cotton velvet, cotton and linen blends — all of which require a controlled, specialist approach.

These aren’t fabrics you can simply extract with standard methods.
Done incorrectly, they can easily suffer from shrinkage, distortion or heavy watermarking.

Our approach:
✔️ Detailed vacuuming to remove dry soil and debris
✔️ Very low moisture (VLM) cleaning tailored to each fabric

Looked clean at first glance… but this is what was hiding underneath !!! swipe to see 😲😲😲

This carpet belonged to a home with a black Labrador — and while it didn’t look heavily soiled, a large amount of embedded pet hair was sitting deep in the fibres.

Before any cleaning solution was applied, we carried out a deep agitation stage using a specialist machine to lift hair and dry soil to the surface.

Then:
✔️ Thorough vacuum extraction to remove loosened contamination
✔️ Encapsulation cleaning applied and further agitation to work deep into the fibres
✔️ Low moisture extraction for a fast-drying finish

The result:
A properly cleaned carpet — not just on the surface, but deep within the pile.

Everything was dry within the hour, ready for the family to use — especially important with their grandchild visiting.

Moving into a new home 🏡 — but with pet allergies to consider. 🐕 🐈‍⬛

The previous tenants had dogs, which meant pet hair, dander and general contamination were embedded throughout the carpets.

This required more than a standard clean. 🧼
