Existing contracts in full wrath, with 9 maisonettes and 40 apartments first fixed. Just left with the elderly care home- located in Woking- Surrey.

Site update- my holiday inn project in fleet Hampshire is on its final month.

All 79 rooms are second fixed and tested, we are now going through are QA process closing off floor by floor.

Quotrom was responsible for the full electrical contract, small lighting & power, fire alarms, comms and access control.

Hopefully will see some more hotel projects in the near future.
