🍂 This weekend marked our final open day of the season at Little Woodham - A 1642 Living History Village, and what a wonderful summer it’s been! ❤️

We’ve welcomed so many lovely visitors through the village, sharing our little corner of the 17th century with you all. But the weather is turning chilly, and the clay is now absolutely freezing to work with! 🥶

I’ve loved every minute of being part of this wonderfully crazy 17th-century family this summer. Now it’s time to pack away the pottery workshop, as our weekends turn to winter maintenance and repairs. Meanwhile, our villagers will be keeping busy indoors, sewing costumes, creating accessories and, most importantly, keeping warm! 🧵🪡🔥

Missed us this season? Don’t worry! We’ll be opening our doors again in Spring 2027, around Easter. Make sure you pop a date in your diary; we’d love to see you!

And finally, a special mention to the gorgeous artist Freya Perry: Enchanting art, who visited at the weekend. Her face when she realised that the potter was actually me was absolutely priceless 😅
Freya, you truly made my day.

Community is at the heart of my business!

Lately, I’ve been busy working on some really meaningful community projects. One group that holds a special place in my heart is the wonderful Motiv8 Gosport an incredible team dedicated to helping young adults unlock brighter futures.

This marks my third year collaborating with this inspiring organisation. A huge thank you to Vicki and her amazing team for having me back! 🙌

As part of their Sense of Home project, I recently ran a hands-on drop-in session where participants sculpted their own doors. The creativity and stories brought to life were powerful.

I can't wait to see the final display in full, vibrant colour! 🌈
