Today we encountered another fitter's poor prep work for a run of Steps, huge gaps either side of the gripper and huge Space from Tread to Riser making the perfect fit impossible . New gripper was installed and the old removed, 11mm underlay finishing off the preparation.The customer was over the moon with the end product and appreciated the extra time and attention given to get the fit perfect .
