Why, there are so many reason, but here are a few.....ease of use......the inspiration from Cookidoo (the Thermomix recipe platform) that has over 60,000 recipes in many languages....time saving.....money saving💰......healthy eating🍅🥕🥜......ease of ideas for dietary requirements....step by step cooking so you can't go wrong....the confidence to try "difficult" recipes that you would never normal dare (like Hollandaise Sauce/Béarnaise Sauce)....the list goes on and on.
