It's so interesting when you take a guided meditation that gives you visual suggestions of the journey and the place that you find yourself within is totally different. So this morning I took half an hour for myself to connect and do a guided meditation. What I was listening to was taking me into a lush green forest. However, when I emerged from the roots of the tree into this forest, it was not green unless at all but baron and dry. The trees appeared like sonic mates rising up from the ground, tall and thin yellow with hardly any branches and the branches that were remaining were short and stumpy all reaching upwards. The chunks were smooth as though somebody had sanded them off with sandpaper and yellow like a yellow ochre. But on the side of this forest was a single old oak tree sitting with a within a small area of lush grass with flowers. It was such a strange meditation, but what I have learnt to discover is the difference between my artistic brain creating something and what has been shown to me by spirit. Now is the time to begin the new deep work that is emerging from the conversations. The experiences the readings the wisdom are received at the Wild Heart Festival that will all amalgamate into a new body of work. It's not about ego. It's not about self. It's about allowing the spirits to channel their messages through me. I am just here as a tool as a speaker system or a megaphone or a whisper that will reach the ears about those that need to hear.

The Year of the Fire Horse is certainly true to its symbology. It's been a crazy 6 months so far and it doesn't seem to be letting up any time soon!
