Never one's to slow down we are picking up pace again following our fabulous Takeover Day on Monday! We are really looking forward to the following events coming up...

🌿On Monday 18th we are welcoming Georgie back in to the centre for the Mindful Sessions - an In Sonas Community Group. This will be starting at the slightly later time of 12pm - this is a lovely group and anyone living with MS is welcome to come along.

🚗On Monday the 25th May we are delighted that the Highland Classic Motor Club are coming down with some of their beautiful vehicles to perform a cheque presentation! We will be serving teas and coffees on this day and would welcome any donations if you are coming down to see the cars and have a cuppa!

💐Looking forward to July we have the lovely Kay from Flowers in Focus coming along to hold a flower crown workshop....just in time for Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival😍 We will have very limited spaces for this but we know it will be a lovely night creating something beautiful!

Always room for more plants. A little secret we did this a couple of years ago but it became overwhelming and hard to manage but now I feel I have a bit more capacity and inclination to grow some more flowers and foliage so watch this space🤗
