Good morning all,

The painting evening didn't go ahead and was cancelled at the last minute again last night. I have made the decision to postpone all further sessions for the time being as the current venue to be unsuitable. I profusely apologise to anyone who has been inconvenienced over the last few weeks and I hope to come back bigger and better than before for the people who have supported me since last April and those who want to support me going forwards. I really do appreciate it, I'm just sorry that things have turned out the way that they have.

I hope to see you all at Monday's painting evening at CHIp- Community Hub Ipswich for a chilled out evening of painting. This is an event for everyone, of you don't have your own equipment I can provide the basics. ☺️

Good morning.

Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control I had to cancel last night's painting evening at the very last minute. I would like to apologise for the inconvenience it caused to everyone. Please be aware that next Monday's painting evening will be going ahead as normal.

My Brain 2024. Acrylic on canvas. I finished this one yesterday afternoon. This was an interesting one to paint in that I didn't have much of a reference to use as much as I did an idea and it turned out quite different to how I first imagined it. This is the second painting I've done of my brain, I did the first one February last year. It's interesting to see the evolution and improvement of my skills as a painter. 😊

AAAAAAAANNNND, it returned triumphantly!!! The painting evening is now back. 😁 Last night we worked on a simplified version of Van Gogh's Starry Night which is one of my all tine favourite paintings. Once again it was a lovely relaxing evening and a wonderful time was had. I will be back next Monday evening for another session. Tickets are available from the link below or pay cash on the door. 😉

My personal favourite paintings and a drawing from this year. I can't wait to get more pieces done in 2024 and I also can't wait to get going with the painting evenings again in a couple of weeks. Watch this space. I look forward to my own and everyone else's artistic journeys next year. ❤️
