One of the things that I am proud of with my wool business, is that I have had zero waste, with finding a use for all types and parts of a fleece.

However, I've had an increasing amount of scrap materials left from backing my cushions. Bits too small to be used to make more cushions without patchworking them.

Also, the scraps when wet felting rugs. I like my rugs to be vaguely rectangular so I square off the corners whilst in the making. Otherwise, the finished rugs look like roadkill...imo🫣

So.... I have combined these scraps to make my faux heads.

Meet Maggie Moo the Kylie Coo and her daughter Kylie Moo-nogue! Also the Longwool sheep (I haven't thought of a name yet...). Other breeds in development starting with a Valais BN...

These will be coming to Ettrick and Yarrow show tomorrow for their debuts.
