Kay is one seriously fit lady 💪 She turns up, gets on with it, works hard and somehow manages to do it all with that huge smile on her face 😄❤️

She’s always up for a laugh, never takes herself too seriously in class, but when it comes to training she absolutely puts the effort in — and 250 sessions is proof of that consistency!
